What a cookie is

A cookie is a small file that a website asks your browser to keep. Some are needed for a site to work at all. Others are optional, and those are the ones you should be asked about before they are set.

What this website sets

This site is a set of information pages. It runs no analytics, no advertising and no profiling, so it sets almost nothing of its own.

• One cookie named lh_consent, which remembers whether you accepted or declined. It is written only after you answer the notice, it holds nothing but that answer, and it expires after about six months.

The booking calendar

The booking page shows a calendar run by Acuity Scheduling, which is part of Squarespace. When that calendar loads it sets its own cookies so that it can keep your session secure, hold the time you choose and take your payment. Those cookies come from Acuity rather than from me.

The calendar loads whether you accept or decline, because it is the service you came to that page to use and it cannot work without them. It does not follow you around other websites. If you would rather it did not load inside my site at all, use the link underneath the calendar to open the booking page directly on the Acuity website. Analytics and advertising

There are none. This site carries no analytics, no tag manager, no advertising pixels and no social media trackers. If that ever changes, this page will change with it, and nothing optional will load until you have agreed to it.

Changing your choice

You can change your answer at any time using the buttons below. Clearing your choice brings the notice back the next time you open a page.

You can also block or delete cookies through your browser settings. Every browser has a way to do it, usually under privacy or site settings, and none of it will stop this website from working.
